Process
* Contact me only via email to request a commission, I'll reply you within 24 hours.
* Provide a detailed description of your commission idea, along with visual reference images.
* Once we finalize the details and you complete the payment to hold your spot (20% of the agreed commission value), I'll send you the exact date to start the project, the timeline of your art commission request, and more explanation for the process.
* I'll start working on a colored sketch for your approval after receiving the complete payment via PayPal invoice.
* Split payment is available only if your request value exceeds (500 USD)
* You’ll be able to request changes up to 3 times, the fourth time will cost you [ 20 USD ]

Delivery
* Final artwork will be delivered on your email as a high-resolution 300 dpi digital files ( JPEG / PNG ).
Terms and Conditions
* By commissioning me, you confirm that you have properly read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.
* My artwork, including both work-in-progress previews and final pieces, may not be used in any form of artificial intelligence activity. This includes AI image generation, edits, transformations, training, analysis, or using the artwork as visual reference for AI systems.
* Payment will be made only via PayPal invoice ( your PayPal email is required ).
* To ensure safety and prevent scams, there will be no returns or refunds. This applies even if you cancel your art commission after payment or mistakenly send extra USD, which will be considered a tip or additional support.
* I'll start working after receiving payment.
* I typically take 2 weeks to 30 days to complete your order, sometimes longer depending on the complexity and type of request, your patience is appreciated.
* I kindly request a timely response once I send the work-in-progress files. If no reply is received within 5 days, the project will be paused, and a fee ( $30 ) will be required to resume and complete the work.
* Please be aware that slight color variations may arise due to differences in monitor color calibration.
* I retain the right to showcase commissioned pieces on my social media platforms for display purposes, with appropriate watermarking.

What Counts as Personal Use?
✅ Private Enjoyment:
Printing the artwork for yourself, displaying it in your home, or using it as a screensaver.
✅ Social Media Use (Non-Commercial):
Posting the artwork on your personal social media with proper credit to the artist.
✅ Profile Pictures & Avatars:
Using it as a profile picture or icon, as long as it’s not for a brand, company, or monetized account.
✅ Gifts (Usually Allowed):
If you commission an artwork as a gift for someone else, it's generally considered personal use.

What is NOT Personal Use?
❌ Selling the Artwork or Prints:
You cannot sell copies of the artwork or use it for any products like posters, T-shirts, or stickers.
❌ Using it for Business or Promotion:
If you use the artwork for your company’s website, logo, or advertisements, that’s commercial use.
❌ Monetized Content:
If you include the artwork in a YouTube video, Twitch stream, or Patreon page that earns money, it typically requires a commercial license.
❌ Modifying and Redistributing:
Even if you edit the artwork, you still can’t sell or distribute it without permission.

Exclusive commercial rights
* The client gets exclusive usage rights for all commercial purposes the artist agrees upon
- You can use the artwork as a book cover, book interior illustrations, or merchandising (I will remove my signature from the artwork).
- You can profit directly (sell prints, stickers, posters, T-shirts, etc.)
* The client doesn’t have full copyright ownership (like modifications, reselling, or sublicensing the artwork to others).
* The artist still retains copyright and can showcase the artwork in their portfolio (if the client did not pay for the private request ).
* The artist cannot resell, reuse, or license the same artwork to anyone else.
The first one is [ Eviss Omiros ]
which means "the precious / son of darkness."
He is a dark elf (Dunmer), evil, deceitful, strong, and filled with pride and self-love. He has a cruel and dark heart, having killed his father, who constantly shouted at him and tried to make him follow the rules. His mother was proud of him when she learned about the murder. She always believed her son was a blessing, not a punishment, as her husband thought.
Eviss became pursued by his relatives and peers. In his last meeting with his mother, he told her that he would kill everyone he knew, then disappear, and she would never see him again. She hugged him tightly, but he pushed her away and slapped her hard, telling her she had made a grave mistake by bringing a rebellious spirit that did not belong to this world. She stared into his eyes with a proud smile, replying that she had brought power and greatness.

The second one is [ Melvin ]
which means "the leader / inner power."
He is a very intelligent human, 25 years old. He has an inventive mind and likes any kind of challenge. He spends most of his time reading books in his lab, but he doesn't need to study them to create what he imagines, as he was blessed with abilities that enable him to embody his thoughts and visions.
However, his powers were concentrated in his mind, causing him to suffer from overthinking and tangled ideas. He experiences fits of anger, fear, and crying from time to time, leading him to become an introvert who prefers isolation.
Melvin loved his older brother dearly, but due to his unbelievable stubbornness and recklessness, he lost him when his brother got killed trying to protect him.

The third one is [ Melvis ]
which means "the wise one / strong-willed." Later, he became a cyborg called Mega 23+.
The older brother of Melvin is 35 years old. He is a special soldier in the ( limited metal ) army led by commander-in-chief Weisser. He has repeatedly proven his competence and strength in defending their land, Ikuaipe, which is why he was accepted into the army. Melvis was brave and did not fear his enemies, no matter how strong or brutal they were. He used to help the commander draw up precise war plans to seize lands outside the rule of Ikuaipe and recruit its fighters. He was characterized by calm, patience, discipline, and a long-term vision.
Melvis had a great love for nature, and one of his motivations for fighting was to restore nature to his land and see it flourish again. Despite facing many battles, difficult and dangerous missions, he had a kind and compassionate heart and strong human feelings. He lost his life when his younger brother wanted to participate in the discovery mission of Asedenia. Melvin sneaked into the warplane, and the crew was surprised by his presence. Melvis tried hard to prevent him from going with them to discover the unknown land and stay in the warplane until they got back , but the younger brother insisted on being with them despite his lack of knowledge of combat and defense tactics. When the argument between them became intense, Melvin decided to escape and see what Asedenia was.
